Eligibility
You must be 26 or older, legally able to enter a binding contract, and not barred from receiving the Service under applicable law. One account per person. Impersonation is prohibited.
Acceptable use
Do not harass, threaten, defame, or exploit other members. Do not post sexual content involving minors, promote violence or hate, distribute spam, solicit money, or attempt to move members off the platform for fraudulent purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Content you provide
You retain ownership of photos, voice recordings, and text you upload. You grant MATUREMATCH a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Gold, Elite) renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Refunds are governed by the rules of the payment provider you used at checkout.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, our Guidelines, or applicable law.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Connections, matches, and outcomes depend on member behaviour and cannot be guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
