Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your MATUREMATCH account at any time by navigating to:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
Once requested, your account enters a 14-day grace period. During this period, you may cancel the deletion simply by signing back into your account.
After the grace period expires, your account and all eligible personal data are permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
What happens when you delete your account
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Profile information
- Photos
- Voice introductions
- Messages
- Matches
- Sparks
- Community posts
- Comments
- Likes
- Followers and following
- Birthday gifting history visible to users
- Any other personal profile content
Data That May Be Retained
Some information cannot be deleted immediately after your account deletion request because MATUREMATCH is legally or operationally required to retain certain records.
This may include:
- Fraud prevention records
- Security investigation records
- Payment and transaction records
- Audit logs required for legal or regulatory compliance
Retention Period
- Most personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days after your account deletion request has been processed.
- Payment and financial transaction records may be retained for up to seven (7) years where required by applicable tax, accounting or financial regulations.
- Security, fraud prevention and audit records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
- Once the applicable retention period expires, all retained information is permanently and securely deleted.
Subscription
Deleting your MATUREMATCH account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the respective app store to avoid future billing.
